My Swimming ExperienceArticle 1 // November 14, 2018My experience in swimming is a very good one. I have learned a lot from the class.
When I first started out, I mostly thought about swimming as a fun, carefree sport. I always just, did what felt fun. I didn't put much thought in taking it seriously. I learned things that I wanted to learn like diving and backstroke. I enjoyed the sport even more when I knew how to do it correctly I also learned things that I never knew were important. I learned the correct way to swim and how to breath correctly I know learned about the importance of the sport and what is needed to do it well. It has helped me learn more about myself and my likings. |

Weight Project
Though my weight is a fairly simple one. It was not simple to make. The weight is made to help work out my biceps. The weight consists of a rolling pin, rocks and bottles. The rolling pin is the thing holding the two bottles as a weight.
I used tape to hold the weight together. The tape we used first was sturdy but, the next roll was very weak and wasn’t able to keep the pin and bottle together. The weight I made would have cost me about 10 dollars while the homemade one was about 7 or less.
This assignment has taught me that you don’t need to always buy things. Somethings can be made by yourself. This saves you money that can be used for other important things.
